How to apply for orphanage visit in China with your adopted child?

1. Orphanage visit application Form

2. A copy of the Adoption Registration Certificate (the document with a family photo of adoptive parents and adopted  child)  or a copy of the Notarized Adoption Certificate (the document with adoptive parents’   names and adopted child’s name, issued by the Notary Public).

3. Passports copies for all travelers who will visit the orphanage. 

4. For Hunan and Anhui Provinces, each family will need to prepare a letter requesting to visit the orphanage. On the letter   you need to indicate when and where you adopted your child, name of your adopted child, name of the orphanage, and when you want to visit the orphanage.

5.Provincial application fee – this varies in a different province – we will let you know the fee for your province and this will   be included in your quotation.
